Bach Magnificat Mvts 3 & 4

In July of 2023, Lisner attended the International Conductor Training Program at CCM – University of Cincinnati. During his time, he received intensive training in score study, rehearsal technique, and conducting gesture. For the culminating project of the program, each six of the conductors rehearsed the professional choir and orchestra on two movements of Bach’s Magnificat in D Major. The final product was recorded and presented to a live audience in Corbett Auditorium on Thursday, July 13, 2023. View the concert program here

Faure Requiem – Edison Choral Festival

For the first time since 2004, Lisner organized a combined choral concert with both John P Stevens High School and Edison High School entitled the Edison Choral Festival. This large undertaking was made possible with the collaboration of his JP Stevens counterparts, Matthew Lee and Regina McElroy. During this display of over 150 singer composed of high school students, community members, family members and friends, Lisner conducted Faure’s Requiem with Orchestra.
